Learn about different topics each month related to nutrition that impact your health and quality of life. Each session will include practical recipes to try at home including how to tweak your favorite recipes to support brain health. 

Dr. Emma Wilder is a naturopathic doctor with a functional approach for neurodegenerative conditions and healthy aging. She believes that you deserve a doctor who listens and looks at the whole picture, someone who is invested in your quality of life, health and vitality.
