Born and raised in Long Island, NY, Rob moved to the San Francisco Bay Area at the age of 13. After completing high school, he pursued a degree in Business Administration, graduating from the University of Denver with a BSBA.

Since 1978, Rob has been married to his beloved spouse, Karen. Together, they spent 30 years in Cincinnati, OH, where they raised their children. In 2013, they relocated back to Denver, where their children also reside. Currently, he enjoys being a grandparent with one grandchild and another soon on the way.

Professionally, he has extensive experience in both healthcare textiles and real estate asset management. Rob worked for 12 years with a healthcare textile company, eventually serving as Director of Operations for a division focused on surgical textiles. In 1994, he founded a real estate asset management company, acquiring and managing investment properties across various sectors, including office, retail, self-storage, and multi-family properties.

A dedicated volunteer, Rob has served on the boards of his synagogue and Hillel, supporting Jewish college communities on campuses. He has also been actively involved in teaching financial literacy to high school seniors through Junior Achievement.

Rob’s commitment to community service and business acumen make him a valued member of our board.
