How It Works

  • Each member will receive a month long checklist with different activities each week

  • Complete activities anytime during September—or follow along week by week

  • Earn points for every activity you complete

  • Top point earners will win fun prizes


Weekly Focus

Week 1 – Baseline Knowledge
Discover all the ways Parkinson’s Pointe supports you through our four pillars.

Week 2 – Education
Join the Financial Literacy Series, invite a friend, and share what topics matter most to you.

Week 3 – Exercise
Try new classes, challenge yourself, and share what you’d like to see in future programs.

Week 4 – Mentorship
Learn about the Pathfinders program and how YOU can make a difference for new members.

Week 5 – Community
Celebrate our community! Share your story, spread the word, and support fellow members.

Tasks to win to earn points include:

  • Attend a class that fits that theme
  • Bring a friend to the class that fits that theme
  • Volunteer at the class or event that fits that theme
  • Give a suggestion or feedback about the classes that fit the theme this week
  • Connect us with someone who can partner with us
    • ex) share an edu speaker that you want to give a talk
    • ex) share an instructor you want us to meet
    • ex) share your PT, OT, SLP, or other health care professional
    • ex) share the support group you like to attend (see if they would be open to having us come and speak on a topic of choice)
    • ex) suggest a member for “member of the month”
