Matthew has been in the banking and financial industry in Denver for over 30 years. Starting as a consumer banker in Littleton, Colorado, his career has taken him in many directions including; private, business, commercial, and corporate banking, as well as public finance. Most recently, Matthew managed thecomplex financing needs of non-profits, large commercial and corporate clients. While addressing the credit needs of his commercial banking clients, he also served the banking needs of the business owners and executives. He has an expertise in tax-exempt bond financing, leveraged lending and enterprise valuation. Matthew approaches his client relationships in a holistic manner, creating customized solutions for each unique credit need.
Matthew is a Senior Vice President and Senior Banking Advisor forNorthern Trust. Prior to joining the company, he spent over seventeen years in various roles at US Bank.
Matthew recently retired from a 25 year coaching career in the Douglas County School District. He is a member of the “Be the Gift” foundation and is devoted to enhancing and securing family stability through home repair assistance for single mom homeowners and their children.
