More than 75 of us came together as a community—finding inspiration in this powerful story of resilience and the triumph of the human spirit. During our Q&A, we shared how essential community, exercise, sleep management, and nutrition are in living well with Parkinson’s and building the kind of strength we witnessed on screen.

We’re thrilled that On Firm Ground is now heading to the Sundance Film Festival, and we hope it continues to shine and capture the Viewer’s Choice Award. Once the film is released publicly, we can’t wait to show it again here at Parkinson’s Pointe.
