Thank you for joining us on Friday May 8th for our annual Wellbeing Symposium!
We hope you enjoyed the day and found it meaningful, encouraging, and informative. It was a joy to gather together, and we’d love for you to join us for future events and programs.
Thank you to this year’s speakers who provided us with insightful topics and much to reflect on. We leaned into identifying our emotions and practical strategies to help us during difficult feelings, such as “looking up”. We workshoped in our carepartner and people with PD groups to further connect and create action plans around managing difficult emotions. Then Jenine concluded our time together with a retirement party for all of our “I should have” and “I should be” statements. It was eye opening and a great release.

We offer a special thank you to Holy Trinity Church and Abbott for supporting this year’s Wellbeing Symposium.
